My hope in sharing our experience is to offer encouragement to those individuals of initiative who may find inspiration in our year round methods for cold/cool climates, especially:
–hoop house gardening for fall,winter and spring which is aligned with the school year and

I was initially disappointed to discover that some share the post without reading it. Yet, over time, i have come to realize that the more this is shared, the more people starting year round school gardening programs will be reached. Indeed, I have heard from many who are interested in our approach. Eventually we plan to write about our methods in detail, a how-to book perhaps. And, we are considering running conferences or courses for gardening teachers.
